So... Pauline Loh and I had a blast at our joint book launch last Friday. It was held in conjunction with the #BuySingLit Children's Book Bazaar organised by the Singapore Book Publishers Association. Pauline launched the first book of her children's adaptation of Romance of the Three Kingdoms, while I launched the second book in Journey to the West. We coordinated to wear hot pink. Whose pink is hotter? 😏

We talked about how we selected the stories to include in our adaptations, how we made them appealing to children, and who our favourite characters are. I also scored myself 0 marks on one of the questions during Q&A! 🤣
